Meet the Convener

Ijeoma Adesanya is the visionary behind Every Good Work Co. She leads a purposeful life as a Gender Inclusion Consultant and Social Impact Entrepreneur focused on empowering women to lead.

Through her consultancy, Kobikam Africa, she is advancing the inclusion of women across the private and public sectors in Nigeria. She is also the Creative Director of Neema Tai Atelier Limited, a fashion social enterprise that creates intricate handmade silk womenswear and accessories, telling the African story through unique prints. A percentage of proceeds from each scarf sold goes towards the education of young girls in Nigeria, reflecting her passion for girl-child education.

Ijeoma’s mission is to see every African woman equally contributing to their communities and leading purposeful lives.

She worked at General Electric for 8 years as a Finance Leader before launching her gender inclusion consultancy in 2020.

Ijeoma is married with three children and lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
